Cancellation Policy

All appointments, except Microblading

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours.

If an appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the appointment total will be charged.

A 100% charge will be given for “no shows”.

Microblading appointments must be rescheduled prior to 72 hours of appointment time.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to make an appointment. The deposit will go towards your appointment total on the day of the appointment.

Anything less than 72 hours does not give the artist enough time to fill the appointment slot.

If the service is canceled or rescheduled in less than 72 hours, you will have to make a new deposit of $150 for a new appointment.

Once your service has been completed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cash, Card, Venmo, and Zelle are acceptable forms of payment.
