Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy is strictly enforced:
A valid card on file is required to book any appointment.
General Appointments
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Permanent Makeup Appointments
(Microblading, Nano Brows, Powder/Combo Brows, and all touch-ups)
All new brow appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 72 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the service total.
The $100 deposit will be forfeited and applied toward this fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Once your service has been completed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Cash, Card, Venmo, and Zelle are acceptable forms of payment.
